Lâm Quang Nhật

In 2013, Lam Quang Nhat was a phenomenon of Vietnam sports as he won the gold medal of swimming (1500m freestyle) at the 27th SEA Games. It was followed by many years of dominating Southeast Asia at what is said to be the “marathon of the green race”. It was followed by many years of dominating Southeast Asia.
Due to a chronic pain, Nhat decided to retire. But as an elite athletes, he get to know about triathlons, and then taking time to practice this sport as his new sport career. From now on, he gradually conquered new challenges with his strong willingness, extraordinary energy and tireless training journey.
